About the Role

The Targeted Care Packages (TCP) Key Worker is a crucial position at Allambi Care, where you will provide support and assistance to young people to enable them to transition into more suitable care arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage Targeted Care Packages, ensuring the needs of each individual young person are met.
  • Work collaboratively with teams, families, and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to Allambi Care policies and procedures.
  • Engage with young people, families, and colleagues in an inclusive and respectful manner.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in case work practice with children and young people.
  • Leadership experience, with demonstrated autonomy and ability to support multiple teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of the Child Protection Act, Official Children's Guardian standards, and Permanency and Support Plan.
  • Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid Certificate, and National Police Check.
