Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with their team, tailor their approach to training and mentoring to each individual, and lead by example.

A Store Manager is responsible for managing team members across three key departments: despatch, office, and sales floor. They will focus on continuous improvement in their store, interpreting data, keeping the showroom and despatch areas presentable, and supporting their team to reach their best.

Safety is paramount, and as a Manager you are expected to champion the importance of working safely at all times.

This role requires a leader who is passionate about building and inspiring a high performing team, has strong operational and retail experience, is focused on exceeding customer expectations, and can hit financial targets.
