Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our store team and drive success through sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales and profit targets
  • Manage store operations, including finance, inventory, and labor costs
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive sales and improve service
  • Maintain high store standards, including visual displays and merchandising
  • Cultivate customer loyalty through exceptional product and store experiences
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach new team members
  • Roster and manage your team effectively, providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety procedures
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
About the Role
  • Proven retail management experience with a strong desire for success
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and developing a trusting team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships
  • Confidence and organizational skills to delegate tasks effectively
  • Experience in servicing both trade and retail customers and growing a business
  • Strong financial acumen, including understanding P&L reports, inventory management, and controlling expenses
  • Valid driver's license and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Ability to handle conflict and work under pressure
  • Capability to build a strong team, leveraging strengths and providing leadership where needed
