Lead Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner.

In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts to ensure production work meets approved standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for managing personnel and materials to achieve timely performance and compliance with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as project management experience and the ability to build and retain a motivated team. A degree or diploma in engineering or a trade background is preferred.

You will also be responsible for preparing weekly progress reports and presenting project dashboards, reviewing integrated master schedules and project risk registers, and attending site meetings to discuss progress and HSE compliance.
