Height Safety Professional - Career Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Height Safety Professional. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

About the Role:

You will be part of a team responsible for delivering height safety solutions to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in installing height safety products, knowledge of applicable Australian Standards, and leadership skills to motivate and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Previous experience in installing height safety products and knowledge of applicable Australian Standards
  • Experience in Metal Roofing
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and maintain a safe work environment
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience in leading and managing a team
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Capacity to work under timelines
  • Team player with experience operating power tools
  • CURRENT drivers license
  • Construction trade background (white card essential)
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Ability to review SWMS and advise on WHS risks
  • Experience working at heights
  • Demonstrated quality-driven work
