Lead Climbing Arborist Team Role

We are seeking a skilled climbing arborist to lead our tree care operations in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all aspects of an arborist's duties on-site, including tree and stump removal, pruning, visual tree assessment, machinery operation, and maintenance.
  • E nsure all safety procedures are adhered to and maintain equipment.
  • Demonstrate initiative, confident decision-making, and excellent verbal communication skills as a team leader.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification in Arboriculture with experience in all aspects of tree pruning and care.
  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Arboriculture.
  • Chainsaw ticket and Safety Induction Card required.
  • Physical fitness, prior experience in a climbing role, and enthusiasm for leadership are essential.
  • Desire to develop management skills is preferred.
  • A MR licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
