As a Retail Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the day-to-day operations of our stores. Whether you are working in a store, distribution center, or on the road, your role will be instrumental in driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading and managing the night-fill department to ensure that deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

About You and Your Skills:

- Flexibility with evening working hours
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- Ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive a one team culture and celebrate success
- Customer focus and ability to delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience
