We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive exceptional customer service and team performance in our department.

You will be responsible for leading your team to provide seamless customer experiences, maintaining high merchandising and visual standards, and driving financial growth within your department.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Develop and Coach Team Members
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain High Merchandising and Visual Standards
  • Ensure that the store environment meets company standards for visual appeal and merchandising excellence
  • Analyze and Improve Performance
  • Monitor sales data and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth

 

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in retail or a related industry
  • Customer-Focused Mindset
  • A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth
