About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Services Manager to join our dynamic Government Incentives team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive claims, preparing and reviewing R&D project descriptions and expenditure calculations, and managing all aspects of R&D Tax Incentive claim processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review R&D project descriptions and expenditure calculations
  • Manage all aspects of R&D Tax Incentive claim processes, from preparation to lodgement
  • Assist clients with identifying and accessing other State and Federal grants and incentives
  • Prepare applications, business cases, budgets, and supporting documentation for competitive grant programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience with the R&D Tax Incentive program
  • Experience in dealing with technical challenges faced by industry professionals
  • Business acumen and relevant commercial exposure
  • Leadership skills and ambitions, with experience in delegating, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Collaborative working style with excellent communication and presentational skills
