Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced senior specialist to oversee a large portfolio of financial operations, responsible for managing special purpose financial statements and tax returns for medium-sized businesses and high-net-wealth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a large portfolio of financial operations
  • Support the professional development of team members
  • Participate in performance reviews and identify training needs
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring
Requirements:

This role requires a highly organised team player with strong review and workflow management experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of client outcomes. You will have:

  • A passion for managing and improving the delivery of core financial work
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting and taxation
  • Proven experience in reviewing work and providing effective feedback
  • Well-developed skills in delegation and workflow management
  • Proficient in Xero and MYOB
