Technical Charges Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Technical Charges Specialist. This position involves working closely with developers and consultants to provide accurate and timely information related to technical charges notices.

  • This role focuses on interpreting development conditions spanning various technical charges regimes.
  • Key responsibilities include engaging directly with developers and/or consultants and internal areas of Council in the provision of accurate and timely information.
  • Proven experience in finance or costing environments is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification in business, local government, planning, or other relevant discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as highly developed time management and organisation skills to manage complex cases.
