Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects.

About the Role
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring all phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team and maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Risk & Quality Control: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Site Management: Oversee daily on-site operations ensuring work is progressing as planned and that all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the civil or building construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and relevant industry certifications.
