Job Summary

Cubic - Global is seeking a highly skilled Field Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Sydney basin and surrounding districts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field technicians and other available resources to ensure optimum efficiency in responding to customer requests
  • Work closely with Field Services Supervisors to ensure efficient coordination and dispatch of field services personnel
  • Schedule and dispatch field services personnel to appropriate locations in accordance with customer requests and needs
  • Review and adjust scheduling as new requests are received to ensure service level agreements are maintained
  • Prioritize all requests as per service level agreements and log them into the IT Service Management (ITSM) system

Requirements

  • At least 12 months previous experience in a dispatch coordination environment
  • Interpersonal skills, including telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer focus
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Strong technical awareness with the ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • A good geographical knowledge of the service area (Sydney basin and surrounding districts)
