Lawyer Advocate

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Legal Adviser. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing legally accurate information and educational resources.
In this role, you will create plain language content and resources on workplace relations topics, including trauma-informed website materials and training programs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive legal toolkit for the sector, featuring interactive web-based tools and resources.
- Research and review existing content to ensure it is up to date and compliant with changing legislation.
- Provide expert advice on working conditions, fair pay, work health and safety, and workplace respect, aligning recommendations with our strategic priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders to develop high-quality public submissions, briefs, reports, and policy documents for internal and external contexts.
