We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure using the latest technology to ensure all systems function efficiently and reliably.
- Data Centre Infrastructure Design, Deployment, and Maintenance
- System Security Management and Application Information Transfer Oversight
- Optimization of System Performance for High Uptime and Reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field is required
- VMware certification is mandatory
- CompTIA A+ / Network+ certifications are necessary
- Proficiency in Office 365 is essential
- Previous experience with data center infrastructure and facilities is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is a must
- A valid driving license is required
- Previous experience in a telco environment is beneficial
- Microsoft Server / Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / Linux skills are advantageous
- Microsoft Group Policy knowledge is useful
- File server management expertise is required
- Endpoint protection skills are essential
- Virtualization with VMware vSphere / ESXi experience is highly desirable
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure knowledge is beneficial
- Basic networking skills including LANs, WANs, and VPNs are necessary
- Experience with backup systems like Veeam is advantageous
- Experience with cloud-based systems such as Office 365 is beneficial
- Identity & Access Management skills are required
- Support for ERP and HR & Payroll admin systems, including user creation, security management, and system backup, is essential
