This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to our Partners, Managers, and team members. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, gathering documentation, and managing email correspondence. The Opportunity

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a key role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients and gathering documentation;
  • Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses;
  • Preparing client invoices and other documents associated with end of month;
  • Ensuring quality control of client documents and data;

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills;
  • Quality time management skills and ability to manage peaks and troughs in workflow;
  • Superior organisational skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Experience with accounting office software packages and/or the capacity to learn.
