Senior Water Treatment Operations Specialist

This role oversees the strategic development, planning, and execution of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, distribution systems, and collection networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from conceptualization to delivery ensuring successful outcomes
- Develop comprehensive process designs, technical reports, and construction documents
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff members
- Support permitting efforts and contribute to stakeholder engagement strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer designation
- 7+ years of experience in treatment design and infrastructure project management
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, treatment process design, pump station design, and utility infrastructure planning
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
