  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members and partners.
  • Supervise lab technicians, allocate tasks, and support staff development.
  • Manage lab-related purchasing, invoicing, and vendor payments.
  • Foster a collaborative member community through events and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in a science-related discipline or facilities/laboratory management is essential.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in laboratory operations, facilities management, or similar roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
