Urban Design Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned urban designer, you will have the opportunity to lead significant projects and shape the company's strategic growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute complex urban design strategies from master plans to public realm design initiatives.
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the urban design portfolio.
  • Provide expert advice on urban design principles, built form, and place-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of urban designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the urban design team and the broader business.
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Design or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in urban design, preferably within a consultancy environment in New South Wales.
  • Proven track record in client management, business development, and winning new work.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex urban design projects.
  • Strong understanding of NSW planning policies and development controls.
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
