Job Title: Senior Allied Health Clinician

Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Allied Health Clinician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level clinical services, including complex assessments and interventions, within a correctional environment.
  • Develop and contribute to the review of behavioral support and management plans.
  • Operate independently with minimal direct clinical supervision to provide a high-quality clinical service.
  • Act as an expert resource for other staff, facilitating the development of critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based assessment and intervention for adults experiencing mental health problems, cognitive impairment, or developmental disorders.
  • Experience and understanding of case management in a human services field.
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision and mentorship.
