Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive property investment strategies using our in-house software to identify client goals and timeframes.
  • Collaborate with our network of alliance partners to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
  • Identify suitable property investment options for clients through our extensive nationwide network of property providers.
  • Analyse the financial performance of each property option using our proprietary analysis software.
  • Provide informed recommendations to clients on optimal property selection and assist with financing and ongoing management strategies.
  • Work closely with our property management team to ensure seamless management of client investment portfolios.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions through regular research and analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property investment advisory or a related field within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property investment strategies, financing options, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify tailored investment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or a related field.
