Senior Fire Operations Manager

This role offers a career and development opportunity in a stable ongoing employment environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising fire systems installations (wet or dry) and possess strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

The role involves managing operations, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, job management process including service, installations and repair data.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, training and supervising a team, ensuring consistency of processes and procedures, and being accountable for the leadership and performance of the designated team.

A sound knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian Standards is essential, as well as strong people management skills and computer and communication skills.
