  2. Facilitate community participation and social inclusion through meaningful relationships and activities.
  3. Provide positive support to our clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, hygiene routines, and medication management.
  4. Respond promptly and effectively to any challenges or issues that may arise.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual progress and activities.

About You

  1. A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives.
  2. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards client care.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  4. Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  5. Valid work visa and rights to work in Australia.
  6. Hold a current First Aid Certificate, valid full Driver's Licence, and NDIS Worker clearance.
  7. Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience (desired).
