**Job Opportunity**

This is a casual/contract position for a Support Coordinator at a leading organization. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for daily tasks related to case management, customer service, technical support, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Case management and customer service delivery
  • Technical support and issue resolution
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients

**Requirements:**

  • Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Passionate about supporting people with disabilities
  • Experience in Case Management and/or Customer Service Roles
  • Technical Support skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Prior NDIS or community service experience

**Desired Qualifications:**

  • Certificate or Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health or Community services related fields
  • Strong legislative NDIS knowledge
  • Strong community networking presence

**Working Conditions:**

  • Contract, Casual role

**Pay Rate:** $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
