Defence Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our defence projects in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial guidance and support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer strategic advice on commercial matters to ensure the success of our defence projects.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive excellence in all our initiatives.
  • Lead a team of quantity surveyors and provide training and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cost estimation and planning software that meets our business needs.
Requirements:
  • Hold a formal degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Be a member of RICS/AIQS to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to the industry.
  • Possess a current DISP Security Clearance to access sensitive information.
  • Have extensive experience working in the defence sector, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
