About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Services Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded fund manager, offering significant funds under management from both retail and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Manage and track the resolution of any registry issues, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Respond to client and adviser queries regarding trades and other related tasks, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Review monthly and quarterly investor communications, guaranteeing transparency and compliance.
  • Manage registry requirements as they arise, adapting to changing needs.
  • Assist with general reporting, including compiling performance data, calculation of rebates, distribution, and FYE reporting.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the financial services industry, preferably within the unit registry space.
  • Strong technical knowledge of registry functions.
  • Solid understanding of managed fund processes.
  • Intermediate competency with Excel and Word.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities.
