You will combine creative and technical expertise to spearhead initiatives that leverage our marketing technology to enhance supporter engagement, drive acquisition, and increase fundraising.
This role is critical to the success of our campaigns, developing and delivering high-quality strategies and tactics to build our people power.
About You- A strategic, digital-savvy leader with over ten years' experience in digital campaigning, digital mobilisation, marketing, or fundraising, and seven years in team leadership.
- Crafting digital activation strategies that engage supporters, increase reach, and amplify fundraising results.
- A knack for storytelling, digital optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of environmental advocacy.
- Passionate about building a thriving community of change-makers and committed to an inclusive and equitable movement where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
