Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sustainable Development Project Coordinator to join our team in Peru. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating sustainable development projects that drive positive change in poor Peruvian coastal communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders
  • Assist in the design and delivery of educational seminars on topics such as international development, NGO/social enterprise creation and management, marketing and outreach, research techniques, and more
  • Support the coordination of online fundraising events and campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and visual content for social media and other platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, international development, or business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in social media and online fundraising tools
