Lead Automation Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Solutions Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across complex and rewarding projects.


About the Role
  • Design, develop, implement, and commission advanced control system solutions
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness
  • Provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong client relationships
  • Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within heavy industry or similar high-risk environments
  • Strong client engagement skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks
  • Demonstrated understanding of functional and/or machine safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508/61511, IEC 62061, ISO 13849) and their application in engineering design and commissioning
  • Safety certifications such as FS Engineer (TÜV Rheinland), TÜV SÜD Functional Safety Engineer, or equivalent are highly regarded
