Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned automation professional to lead technical outcomes and deliver high-quality engineering solutions across diverse projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects while working closely with a talented engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute and lead projects of varying size, scope, and complexity
  • Provide technical expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, instrumentation, and automation systems
  • Prepare scopes of work, execution plans, and schedules
  • Act as Job Supervisor for assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, governance, and quality systems
  • Liaise directly with clients and foster strong relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Control, Instrumentation, or related field)
  • 3+ years technical design experience in automation, control, and electrical projects in a contracting/project delivery environment
  • Strong experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems integration
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and client-facing skills
