Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing cash flow forecasting, overseeing daily treasury operations, and delivering month-end financial accounts with insightful variance analysis.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash flow forecasting and ensuring its accuracy
  • Oversseeing daily treasury operations for smooth business continuity
  • Delivering accurate, timely month-end accounts for informed decision-making

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate financial information, identify process improvements, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient with mid-tier ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots)
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Advanced cash flow forecasting and treasury management capability
  • Solid knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and tax obligations

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • 5+ years in a similar financial accounting role
  • Experience in multi-entity or project-based environments
  • Tertiary degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
