Position Overview:
G.James Aluminium Products is seeking a Process Worker to join our Extrusion Production Team. We offer ongoing training and development, and no prior experience is necessary.

Shift Details:
This role involves a rotating shift schedule: 1 month on Day Shift (6am to 2pm), 1 month on Afternoon Shift (2pm to 10pm), and 1 month on Night Shift (10pm to 6am).

Key Responsibilities:
As a Process Worker in our Aluminium Products Division, you will undertake various tasks, including:

  • Manual handling of materials
  • Sorting and stacking products
  • Collecting and organizing materials

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills to ensure safe and accurate task completion
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle competing priorities
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in manual handling
