Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test approaches, and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional aspects.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement testing activities and test phases in line with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate test environments and data, review and refine test scenarios, and ensure seamless execution of testing processes to meet quality standards using tools like Jira/Zephyr.
- Generate and contribute to Test Reporting Dashboards, providing insights into test coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, working closely with developers and vendors to ensure timely resolution and conduct defect triages with the wider delivery team members as required.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing function and contribute to the DTD QA Roadmap.
- Plan for opportunities to develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and repeatability of testing processes, where applicable.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to align testing activities with project goals and timelines.
- Ensure Jira and Zephyr are configured optimally to support the testing process, customizing dashboards, workflows, and reports as needed to track and manage test execution status as well as defects, ensuring timely reporting, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Senior Test Analyst.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, and ideally ServiceNow certified tester.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations.
- Ideally, a couple of years of ServiceNow development or testing experience. Bonus points if you've used ServiceNow's Automated Testing Framework.
- Experience in defining Enterprise Testing Strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in performing end-to-end testing in accordance with an established Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in coordinating and managing UAT for big programs.
- Experience carrying out Test Planning, stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of testing principles, methods, tools, and technologies, including plans, scenarios, strategies, and related procedures.
- Experience designing and developing Test Plans and Test Cases with minimal Requirements and Design documents.
- Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and its implementation.
- Ability to work autonomously and act as the point of contact on projects where required.
- Industry experience within Superannuation is preferred.
- Proven track record of a positive 'Can Do' attitude is required.
