Job Opportunity

Manage and oversee the successful execution of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, fostering collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and lead project teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
  • Nurture and maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and cooperation
  • Closely collaborate with subcontractors to drive project progression and achieve successful project results
  • Provide exceptional customer service during handover and defects phases
  • Ensure adherence to WH&S regulations and relevant legislation
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale construction projects (over $10m) as a Site Manager from start to finish
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and work effectively within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
