Join Our Team as a People and Culture Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional People and Culture Specialist to partner with our business in developing, enabling, and implementing strategies that foster a high-performing culture.

  • Act as a trusted HR representative providing accurate, informed, and timely support on various employee-related matters
  • Work closely with managers to ensure effective employee management, engagement, and development
  • Coordinate and support administrative functions, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless support for employees
  • Manage performance reviews, including preparation and collation of communications, documentation, feedback, and outcomes to support employees and managers
  • Be involved in recruitment activities and support hiring efforts to secure top talent
  • Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding to ensure a positive and efficient experience
  • Develop relationships with team members and drive connection and engagement across locations through events and activities
  • Evaluate internal processes, policies, benefits, and employee information in collaboration with the broader HR team
  • Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
