
Assessment Support Specialist

Job Opportunity:
This is an exciting chance to gain experience and skills in a unique role. As a passenger for learner drivers, you will make assessments and document results. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ride with learner drivers along approved routes
- Make predetermined assessments using standard documents
- Document assessment results in the office
- Work on-site between 20-38 hours per week, with some flexibility to work Saturdays
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain accurate records
Essential Requirements:
- Double vaccination
- National Police Check
- Full Australian Driver's License
- No serious driving offenses
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work seated and standing
