About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Boarding House Senior Support. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care and support to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Boarding House in the absence of the Head of Boarding, ensuring a calm and orderly atmosphere.
  • Provide support and assistance to students during evening hours, addressing any needs or concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and positive living environment for boarding students.
Requirements
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a boarding or residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and situations.
  • A current First Aid certificate.
  • Completed the ABSA Duty of Care training course (beneficial).
