Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Travel Consultant to join our Group division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, quoting and booking group travel arrangements, and preparing financial documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our international and domestic wholesale clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Group Travel Arrangements: Quote and book group travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and tours.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and issue invoices, receipt payments, and maintain financial documents.
  • Local Assistance: Provide local assistance to groups while they are in the country.

Requirements

  • Travel Experience: Have knowledge and experience with travel bookings and possibly with groups.
  • Computer Skills: Possess computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster an environment that values diversity and opportunity.
  • Language Skills: A European language is a definite advantage, as is the knowledge of the Tourplan booking system.
  • Work Rights: Have over 12 months of unrestricted work rights within Australia.
