About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Empire Group. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing technical and consulting services to our clients, assisting in the management of document-intensive and complex matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage projects and client liaison to ensure successful delivery of services
  • Supervise and mentor team members to develop their technical skills and expertise
  • Lead in technical skills, including eDiscovery frameworks, protocols, and best practices
  • Manage workflows and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Prepare strategies, project plans, and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Manage deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role at a law firm or professional services firm (consulting)
  • Strong technical skills within Case Management Software, including Ringtail, Axcelerate, Relativity, NUIX, or similar
  • Excellent understanding of eDiscovery frameworks, protocols, and best practices
