We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the construction of BESS projects and deliver successful results.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading industry player and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion, and fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in managing high-voltage electrical projects, preferably with experience in BESS or similar infrastructure projects. Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups, including project managers, engineers, and business administrators, to achieve project goals and exceed customer expectations.

  • Lead the site team and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, including planning, mobilization, earthworks, civil works, earthing, and mechanical installation.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety and well-being among site staff.
