Strategic Planning Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Planning Director to lead our regional strategic and tactical planning efforts in APAC, with a focus on the Indian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective planning strategies across digital channels and campaigns to drive brand, digital, and business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end strategy, planning, and buying process across campaigns, working closely with the Digital Activation Team.
  • Managing campaign plans from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and execution.
  • Collaborating with key media vendors to develop best-in-class digital campaigns and innovation.
  • Driving test & learn programs to improve media effectiveness in partnership with the Digital Activation team.
  • Ensuring best-in-class audience targeting and data relevance, actionable at a campaign activation level.
  • Analyzing historical campaigns to integrate insights into future campaigns.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by continuously seeking new and improved planning approaches, partners, data sets, processes, and ways of working.
  • Managing and mentoring one direct report.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a planning role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
