
Court Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operation of registries.
- Comply with administrative systems and processes relating to court and registries to ensure delivery of quality services.
- Prepare, process and manage correspondence, court documents and other documents in accordance with legislation and departmental policies.
About You:
">- You will be responsible for providing professional and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- You must have the ability to confidentially communicate with members of the judiciary and their staff, government agencies and self-represented litigants.
- You will use, update and monitor relevant databases and files in line with departmental guidelines.

- You will assist with supervision and mentoring of staff to facilitate efficient operation of registry.
