
Expert Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Associate Director, Delivery, and broader team to ensure high-level execution of financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.
- Monitor financial performance across the Delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and reporting are effectively managed and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment with the service catalogue and strategic objectives, and source accurate information to support reporting.
This is a full-time position located at our campus.
Requirements- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing meaningful reports that support high-level decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting IT Program, Project and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
- Experience working with TechOne and Project Management tools such as ServiceNOW PPM, Jira and Confluence is highly regarded.
