Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the site workforce, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Organize and coordinate the schedules of site personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and track the performance of site personnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential risks promptly.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of construction materials, ensuring an adequate supply without excess.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all tasks are aligned with the project plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
