Cafe All Rounder Role

We are seeking a skilled and energetic individual to join our team as a Cafe All Rounder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage the front of house area
  • Serve customers, take orders, run and clear tables in a timely manner
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both the front of house and kitchen areas
  • Assist with tasks in the kitchen as required to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a cafe or sales environment, preferably for at least 3 years
  • Barista experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years
  • Able to work independently and achieve great results with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Friendly and assertive personality traits are essential for success in this role
  • A passion for cakes and coffee is a must
