Career Opportunity: Rehabilitation & Relationship Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Relationship Manager to support clients and stakeholders in their rehabilitation journey. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients and engage them in meaningful conversations to aid in their recovery.

About the Role

  • Manage client portfolios who have sustained injuries and require biopsychosocial support.
  • Develop client-centered recovery plans to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate return-to-work goals and programs to empower clients in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop recovery plans based on a biopsychosocial model.
  • Continuously review service provision and adapt recovery plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Empower clients to choose services that meet targeted needs.

Requirements

  • A valid Working with Children Check is required.
