Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Relationship Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To act as the primary point of contact between PAREXEL's site teams and assigned sites, ensuring overall study implementation integrity and adherence to study protocol.
  • Building relationships with investigators and site staff to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Facilitating and supporting site access to relevant study systems, ensuring compliance with project-specific training requirements.
  • Evaluating and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Addressing and resolving site-related issues, including documentation deficiencies and communication issues.
  • Following up on pending issues from previous visits to ensure timely resolution.
  • Responding to site-related questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Applying working knowledge to identify data quality and integrity issues, determining and implementing follow-up action.
  • Participating in investigator meetings and audits as required to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collecting, reviewing, and approving updated/amended site documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluating site recruitment plans and providing strategies for improvement to optimize site performance.
  • Performing on-site visits, applying judgment to independently resolve site issues.
  • Conducting remote visits/contacts as requested to support site teams.
  • Generating visit/contact reports to document site activities and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with site teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate site performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
