Bus Parts Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious candidate to provide high-quality services to our largest client. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of bus and truck parts to our Mackay depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt and dispatch of new and/or repairable stock items for depots.
- Conduct regular stock-takes and cyclic counts to maintain efficient stock levels based on depot trends.
- Raise purchase orders as required to ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers on stock issues.
- Maintain an overview of stock levels in the depot/s and analyze trends for stock efficiency.
- Identify obsolete and surplus stock in the depot/s and assist the Fleet Manager with removal or sale.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receipted and dispatched stock at depots.
- Manage warranty of parts to replace or recoup costs for depots.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics is preferred.
- Experience in parts supply and management is preferred.
- Minimum full Car licence (Medium Rigid licence or higher is preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills with the ability to learn internal systems.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
