Job Overview

  • Research market opportunities and present recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, procurement, and operations teams
  • Conduct thorough quality control testing on products throughout the production stages
  • Establish trial projects to produce new products or improve existing product lines
  • Contribute to building a product roadmap for strategic product development
  • Test and plan the development of new products, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Prepare reports summarizing findings and results
  • Coordinate with suppliers as required
  • Manage new trials, following required steps and process documentation
  • Review and improve the effectiveness of the management system implementation
  • Monitor internal and external risks, stakeholders' needs, and expectations, and take necessary actions
