Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Cycle: Provide deep-dive knowledge of ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management Solution, including Application Portfolio Management (APM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Agile Management Solutions.
  • Develop Programs and Campaigns: Help develop programs that enable solution consultants, solutions sales, and account teams to position and demonstrate the value of Strategic Portfolio Management on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deliver Compelling Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, respond to RFx requests, demonstrations, and conduct proof of value and concepts for customers.
  • Contribute to Sales Campaigns: Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on SPM by providing product and industry insight.
  • Collaborate with Product Management: Collaborate and align with product management and development team members to enhance ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs.
  • Maintain a Showcase of SPM Solutions: Contribute to and maintain a showcase of SPM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay Current on Competitive Analysis: Stay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow Suite to ensure we keep ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges.
Requirements
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile solution providers, Agile or SAFe expertise is a must.
  • Understanding of the PPM Market: The understanding of the PPM market and Strategic Portfolio Management is required.
  • Experience with Application Portfolio Management: Experience with Application Portfolio Management solutions – ServiceNow and other vendor solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills and is self-directed and independent.
  • Ability to Architect and Communicate Solutions: The ability to architect and effectively communicate and sell solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to Forge Strong Business Relationships: The ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experiences from Working with Agile Processes: Experiences from working with agile processes and solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Exhibit prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technologies.
